Due to a programmatic change by the Delaware Valley Science Council, this award was terminated in 2024. AWIS-PHL continues to work with DVSC in other capacities.
This award was given annually to an outstanding female high school science student. It was named in memory of Edyth Malin, PhD, a founder and tireless champion of AWIS-PHL and a long-time advocate of the Delaware Valley Science Council, who worked diligently on behalf of these organizations and for all women in science. It was supported by AWIS-PHL and donations in memory of Edyth Malin.
