Completing this form does NOT confer membership. It is ONLY for students or postdocs who wish to update their information with AWIS-PHL or who wish to be on the AWIS-PHL mailing list.
This field is for students or postdocs who have joined AWIS National, but did not pay chapter dues to AWIS-PHL when joining. To obtain your membership number, log in to awis.org, select "Member Directory" in the Membership menu, choose "Manage Profile" in the My Profile section, then click on "Membership Card" in the Information and Settings section. You may also contact membership@awisphl.org for assistance with obtaining your membership number.
