Nancy Rawson, PhD, Named Acting Director, Monell
Monell’s Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Nancy Rawson Acting Director. She replaces outgoing Director and President Dr. Robert Margolskee. Dr. Rawson’s new role is effective today, July 1, 2022, until the arrival of a new Director. She will assume the full duties of the Director’s office and guide the Center during this transition period. Dr. Rawson has shown excellent leadership in the last several years since she returned to Monell to head the Corporate Partners Program, later taking on additional responsibilities as Vice President. She will undoubtedly shepherd Monell through this interim phase with wisdom and vision. The search for a new Director is well underway, with interviews of final candidates completed in mid-June.
