Knowing ourselves, really understanding our natural drives, can play a large role in our happiness and success at work and in our personal lives. There are situations where our natural drives enable us to thrive, some which enable us to stretch in healthy ways leading to satisfaction and growth, and there are others where the stretching required may feel overwhelming or even debilitating. There are scientifically validated instruments to help us gain clarity of our nature. This program will explore The Predictive Index.

Self awareness, along with an understanding of our natural drives, can also enhance our success in aligning ourselves professionally and personally with roles and organizations that feel engaging and rewarding.  If this sounds interesting to you, we hope you will join us.

In addition to the Zoom link for the event, your registration confirmation email will include a link for you to complete the Predictive Index instrument.  It is likely to take no more than 5-10 minutes.  To maximize the benefit of this session to you, please complete it by March 29th so you will have time to receive and review the results prior to the meeting.
