No, we aren’t talking about the weather! We are talking about recovering from holiday stress and chasing away the winter blues with an informative talk by Dr. Pamela Geller on how stress affects women and a program of fun activities from Drexel’s Wellness on Wheels. Regardless of the time of year, stress can be your worst enemy. The Wellness on Wheels Relaxation Room workshop transforms any space into a relaxation room providing participants with hands-on relaxation activities as well as resources to walk away with. Activities include kinetic sand, aromatherapy, stress balls, mandalas, and yoga.
